Moroccan Agency Scholarship For Pakistani Students 2018-19

Objectives

The Moroccan Agency of International Cooperation (AMCI) has offered scholarships to the Pakistani students for admission in the Moroccan Public Institutions of Higher, Technical and Vocational Education for the academic year 2018-19.

Scholarship Description

Application Deadline: 12 August 2018

Course Level: Undergraduate, Master and PhD

Applicable Study Areas: All programs offered by public institutions of Morocco are available.

Benefits: The amount of scholarship is of 750Dirham per month (approx. USD75) and is granted 
principally for 12 months (on bi-monthly basis).

Citizenship Requirements: Pakistani citizens are eligible for this scholarship.

Required Documents

·         Application Form.
·         2 photocopies of the baccalaureate degree (Bachelors), or certificate of completion. The applicants depositing certificates of completion should be mandatory take their diplomas from their institutions, no longer of the 2nd year of studies.
·         02 certified photocopies of baccalaureate grade sheets.
·         02 birth certificates.
·         02 photocopies of passport (if available).
·         Recent police record.
·         Medical certificate issued by the Public Health Services showing the physical attitude of the applicant and certifying that he is vaccinated and not suffering from any contagious or serve illness or carrying a pandemic in particular tuberculosis. The applicant is subjected to the second examination once arrived in Morocco.
·         Two recent photographs, in color, ( with the name, surname, and nationality of the candidate written overleaf).
·         Applicants for Master’s and Ph.D. degrees must provide, in addition to the above documents, certified copies of their diplomas, grade sheet, education programs as well as a copy of thesis of graduation/thesis project for Ph.D. degree.

Application Procedure

·         Apply through HEC online application system, follow the instructions, fill out the online application completely, get its printed copy and attach the payment receipt of Rs.300/- with HEC Application form only. All payments are to be made to HEC through HBL online facility. This facility is available in all branches of Habib Bank Ltd. A separate bank Account No. 17427900133401 at HBL, H-9, Shalimar Branch, Islamabad is being maintained for online transfer of fee to HEC.
·         HEC reserves the right to conduct interviews of initially shortlisted candidates.
·         Incomplete applications or applications received after due date will NOT be accepted. The recommendation of nominating agency i.e. HEC will be final and binding.
·         All applicants should note that all nominations from Pakistan will be routed via HEC. Please send two sets of AMCI application form along with required documents as mentioned at page-2 of the Moroccan document, in Spiral binding and one copy of HEC application form with original fee receipt separately in Spiral binding, on or before, 12th August, 2018 on the address given below:
